Yep. It would not surprise me in the least. All that schadenfreude stirred-in so gracelessly with that ego of yours; spending this evening with a cold domestic and a bunch of angry messages from these former admirers of yours. Muschamp, you are the type of person who would do that. You signed up Cowart. You flipped Horton. You want to see the damage. You want to see how much hatred you have inspired. That fits the modus operandi of a guy who also throws a temper tantrum at a drunk UF student after an embarrassing loss, or a guy who taunts Tennessee fans in a television interview after your team backs into a victory in Knoxville. That's you. Poopie. Why dog on a former employer, one piling stacks of cash into your bank account, without the prospect of watching those bitter pips sprout from the clenched fists of these former admirers of yours? What can I say? You are a cheap date. Now that I have your attention, or at least the attention of those current admirers of yours, I want to address national signing day. Do you know what the University of Florida got on National Signing Day? I will give you a few moments to think about it. By the way, it is not any of the players you have been stalking and harassing for the past two months. We get our Saturdays back! I look forward to turning on ESPN at 10:30AM every Saturday this fall and not have to feel embarrassed about a story covering your incompetence, a story reminding me how far our rivals have surpassed us or what a complete football team looks like. I can invite friends over to grill steaks, hotdogs, hamburgers and whatever other creative little recipes I can find, etc, to watch the Gators playing football. This is quite a contrast to what you have made us all accustomed to watching. And I will not have to tell them to leave in the middle of the 3rd quarter because I am no longer socially presentable on account of the depression and the liquor and the suicide threats and murder threats, etc. I can sit down with tailgating leftovers hours after a glorious victory and watch LSU play Alabama, Ohio State play with themselves and/or any number of games I have avoided watching over the past couple seasons. It has been admittedly hard watching the kind of competence that is typical of college football, but has been lacking from our program. Envy, you know? It can eat at you. I have always worn my Gator apparel, but maybe next year I will not have to be stopped by random people, who are apparently all Georgia Southern fans because that is all they talk about, and have to defend you and the teams you "coached up". Someday soon I will wake up on a Saturday morning and not feel sick to my stomach. Someday soon all us Gator fans will be able to watch us take a lead into the fourth quarter. And, even in the rare occasions we did that while you were here, we will not have to secretly think things like, "I wonder how we are going to screw this up?" Do you know what the University of Florida got on National Signing Day? You, in our rear-view mirror. Yes, you signed up Cowart. You flipped Horton. Had you not established a close relationship with either over the past year, they likely would be Gators. You would not have gotten so close to all these Florida kids, any of them, had you not first approached them as the Florida coach. That is the access we gave you. The access you took advantage of over the past two months. Ask Ron Zook how successful he was recruiting Florida a year or so after he left. So soak up the schadenfreude, the hatred, the rants from these former admirers whom you have irrationally directed hatred towards since your &h1t was righteously kicked to the curb. Yep. You really got us today. It certainly as hell won't ever be on a football field. That's not really your forte. (It really isn't) Brah You suck at footballs |
