He passed away this evening. I spoke with him one last time & let him know you all sent your love & best wishes. 

 He was a GREAT dad, granddad, and Gator. The best.

No one here knew fine dining, grilling, and perspectives of infuential Gators better than him. His opinions were edgy and precise. He once credited me for my contributions here. It was not a Hall of Fame post, but meant so much that I copied and saved it. I pray your family handles this well as possible and hope to meet him in person one day.
