mind is a comment he made last week following the Wisconsin game.  He and JT Barrett were being interviewed after their OT win.  Urban Meyer compliments Barrett by calling him a warrior, paraphrasing, he said true warriors rise to the occasion and that Barrett is a warrior.  The first thought that came to my mind was to reflect on Meyer's response to his crisis at Florida, and warrior isn't what came to mind.  No, quitter is the word that I thought to be more accurate and I don't think this with malice, just that he's disingenuous with his comments.

I should  state that I am not a Meyer hater, in fact I think he's a tremendous coach, one of the tops in the country.  We still have a photo of him, autographed with special words to my daughter, hanging in her bedroom.  I appreciate all he did at UF and I don't hold any grudges, almost all coaches are paid mercenaries in some sense no matter how much we wrap them up in our school flag and colors, etc... so I understand that part of the profession.  But his words that day following the tOSU-Wisconsin victory rang hollow for me and I wonder in moments of self-introspection how he'd describe his own actions at the end of his career at Florida?  Warrior probably isn't the word he'd use.
