Who I thought were our two best players this past summer don't give a #badword# about this team, why should I? Our supposed superstar of an AD didn't have the sales and negotiation skill to find a 1-A team to play. A failure that has a distinct possibility of destroying our BCS dreams. Hell I bet Ron Zook who he fired with zero dignity could have found a 1-A to come in and play us. I read here all the time how Notre Dame plays joke schedules, well they have NEVER played a 1-AA, and NEVER will. Am I to believe that ND's AD is that much better than Foley? I got stuff to do. I need to go work out. I got a bunch of projects that are due next week. I can get my football fix by dropping a couple C-notes on Michigan, and watching a real football game. The icing on the cake is that our opponent sucks so bad that the game is at high noon, the most inconvenient time I could imagine. So really why the hell should I go to this game???

On second thought, I've been pretty hard on Chris Leak this year for his play. Yet unlike some of our more naturally talented football players Chris has always poured his blood, sweat, and tears into the Gator football program for 4 long hard years. So has Billy Latsko. Saturday will be the last time Chris, Billy, and the rest of our senior class who have fought a ton of adversity througout their Florida football careers ever come out of the tunnel at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. For quite a few of them, Billy & Chris included, it may be one of the last times they ever buckle the chin strap and play the game they love. A game they have played with valour and dedication for my school, the University of Florida. So I change my mind, I'm going to go to the game and I'll be there loud and proud to give them their well deserved congratulatory ovation for a job well done. I'm so proud to call each and everyone of the guys who has made it this far Gators forever. Thanks for the memories fellahs, and GO GATORS!!!
