After a 34-17 2006 win, 2001 Spurrier refused to shake 1996 Spurrier's hand, and at a post-game press conference produced a videotape of the Graham-Johnson incident, showing in slo-motion the impact of the ball into Graham's.. well.. Johnson. "I guess that's just the way they do things in 1996," 2001 Spurrier said. In a surprise move, 1996 Spurrier said after watching the 2001 Gators defense he was firing Jon Hoke prior to actually hiring him.
