just to get a sense of where our roster stands as we finalize the 2007 season and begin the 2008 season.

To the following group of departing Seniors who have brought home a National Championship and a SECC

To those Jrs or RJrs who are considering the NFL D Harvey and C Ingram, selfishly I'd prefer to see you another year in the Orange and Blue...but I will wish you heartfelt success if you choose an NFL career.

To those that are thinking about or  wishing to transfer (the ones that I am aware of and those that I am not aware of, or those of which I may be wrong about) J Fayson, C Walker, J Hornsby, J Williams... I must say there is value in saying 'I'm a Florida Gator', and even if your athletic career is not as fruitful as hoped for...being a Gator is the best calling card life has to offer. However, best wishes are in order if you chose an opportunity at another school..just as we welcome with open arms Moody from USC...we will send you off with a pat on the back and a sincere hope for future success whereever you go.

To the 2007 Freshman Class....thanks for the effort and fortitude shown in making that jump from HS to College athletics. It made be hard to believe but there was a time when Freshmen werent allowed to play NCAA Football. From Special Teams to Starters the 2007 Freshmen made their mark this year in Florida Football. I dont mind if I say I expect great things from you, because I can see that you expect those same things yourself. to the higher profile RFr...J Brown, J Brantley, D Thompson et al...

To the RFr that I am aware of J Brown, J Brantley, D Thompson C Rainey et al...your year in exile is over...you are now a year older, a little bigger, a lot smarter ( and not just about the x's and o's)...and ready to make your mark...thanks for the patience we await your debut....and last but not least to the Medical RS's J Finch and P Trautwein and others recovering from significant injuries JEstop, Antwein, Mon Williams..that process that you are going thru now on a daily basis is the toughest fight of all...those lonly, painful days of rehab on make the cheers on Saturfays ouder and sweeter...and to those that have to give the game up due to injuries Coddrington and Haupt we wish an easy transition away from the game you loved and sacrificed for...you have great memories that many of us will never have as a member of the 2006 National Championship team and SECC....Im sure i forgot somebody...feel free to add
