I for one have had it up to absolute f'ing here (holding my hand waaaaaaaaay over my head) with the windbags in the press and Bama fans calling into these shows with the same old tired, played out long ago with zero and I mean zero validity to the theory they try to endlessly advance: Florida is the sexy, pretty boy team, who is real flashy while Alabama are just a bunch no respect getting, blue collar wearing, lunch pail carrying roughnecks who just want to at least be recognized that they're in the game too. Everyone is telling them they don't belong on the same field with Florida and they just want respect and blah blah blah f'ing blah....

Got a news flash for you press corp folks and falling in lockstep Bama fans who hang on their every word hoping they dis your Tide to "inspaaaher owah boyaz like Coach Bryant (real Bama fans call him Coach Bryant, not simply The Bear) usta." For Bama to beat UF, they don't need all the motivational, nobody is respecting us, and we're gonna shock the world crap pep talks. To beat UF Bama need only be the better team. Are they? We will see. Make no mistake about it. The talking heads can blather on all they want as it their job to do so about how they think it will be a UF runaway and then (and this is the part that really pisses me off) in the very next breath they'll say, "I'll tell you what though, the Gators better not think they can just come into the Georgia Dome and have their way with Bama. They're gonna have to earn it." No sh_t! UF doesn't think or say that...everyone else is though but they're making it out like UF is coming in overconfident. No you jackasses! You press and a great multiude of Bama fans dearly want to create the illusion that Florida is too. Sorry folks. Try as you might, Urban ain't letting that happen. How in the hell as bad as they seem to want UF to be, can any team go into a game against an udefeated team ranked #1 in the country like Bama and be over confident? No f'ing way!

I am very cognizant of Alabama's ability to beat Florida and equally as confident in Florida's ability to beat Alabama. Each will be the best team the other has played all year. One won't beat the other because they're considered more flashy and speedy any more than because they're considered more tough and hardnosed. One will beat the other because they are the better team. End of story.
