coming back from the '95 South Carolina game in Columbia.  He had been sitting in the median, hiding in some pine trees, just south of Savannah on I-95. 

As he checked my license, he asks, "So, Mr. MichiGator, you a Gator fan?"   I looked at our orange, blue, and white conversion van with all the Gator flags and magnets, looked back at him, shrugged and responded, "Uhh, yes, we're Gator fans."  Next he wanted to know where we were going, to which I replied,  "We're headed home from the South Carolina game."  He kept writing, and in his best southern drawl says, "I'm a Georgia fan, myself.  So tell me, how'd y'all do?".  I just smiled and said, "We whipped their asses almost as bad as we beat you guys in Athens!" ..................... It was, without a doubt, the most enjoyable speeding ticket I ever paid.
