promise it only amounts to x $/yr and "any one can pay that amount" and it will only be on one vehicle per family and then each subsequent year it's raised and then extended to include wheels on your luggage or some other equally absurd thing. That's why I always vote against a new tax no matter what they promise, I'm one of the few that understand that THEY LIE....all of them, all parties.....THEY LIE, and I don't trust any of them and seriously question if any of them have the sense to pour piss out of a boot even if the instructions were written on the heel.
