Relax.  Chill.  This is FOOTBALL.  It's COLLEGE football.  It's entertainment.  It's grown men and women watching kids run around on a football field trying to end a game with more points than the other team.

It's supposed to be enjoyable.  It's supposed to provide us with a diversion from the day-to-day stress we get from real life.

Our team has won what...26 of the last 27 times they have played?  They aren't perfect.  They may just lose a couple (or maybe even a few) games this year.  But so the #badword# what, really.  I hope they don't lose any and I will be inconsolable for a few hours after each one of those dreaded losses.  But nothing I am going to say here is going to have the slightest bit of impact (except maybe Mike Bianchi will flea my comments, print them, and the coaches will change their approach based on said comments).

So I look at yesterday's game...I agree we looked mediocre for one half, and showed signs of improvement during the other.  I keep in mind we are replacing 9 players who went to the NFL including the greatest we have ever had.  I hope for the best, put my faith in the grown men who have proven to me they know more than I will ever know, and choose to be optimistic about our future because to me, it's more enjoyable to be that way.

You and some others prefer to focus on the negative as if you see things the rest of us don't see.  That's fine, and it's your right.  But trust me.  You look sillier than we do.  :-)
