I saw the dryer open and decided to tumble the towels for a couple of minutes before I folded them.  After the second "thump", I wondered which genius kid threw a pair of shoes in the dryer, so I opened it up as I heard the third thump and saw something orange tumble over in the white towels with one final thump.  Within a split second, a fat ball of orange fur came flyer out of the dryer, scaring the bejesus out of me!  He cowered behind a chair for a few minutes and wasn't real thrilled when I tried to reach back and pet him to make sure he was okay.  After a couple minutes of being in shock, he came out and was fine.  It was then that I couldn't stop laughing.  Good thing for him that he had the soft towels to cushion his wild ride! :D
