"Some things..."

CONTEXT ADDED BY ADMIN:
END OF CONTEXT
A lot of things peeved me last night... my first one will sound silly to most of you but I think it's something that needs to be brought up. Part of growing up and being men is to take your medicine when you lose just as you bask in the glory if you win. When the clock hit 0:00 last night I watched as 90% of our kids headed straight to the tunnel without going to midfield for the post game hand shakes between players. Now I'm sure some people will say #badword# that, you never played the game and you don't know what it's like to lose but I don't buy that. This is still college sports, it's still amateur (as far as we know) athletics, and it's still the SEC. For all the dancing and jiving and celebrating that our players do when we win or even make a first down, you would think sticking around for two minutes after a loss to give credit to the opposing team wouldn't be too much to ask... and truth be told I think it's yet another sign that this team has no leadership... and no, I didn't expect the team to go sing the fight song and alma mater - that's something you earn with a win. All in all, maybe we aren't man enough. I probably would have taken a time out with 2:45 or so left instead of letting State run the clock out. Either go with Burton or don't but let him run a drive... the constant shuffling isn't helping Brantley get into a rhythm at all. It's like the 3 point shooter who misses a few, hits one, and gets subbed out. It was great to see The Alberts, Shot Doctor, a healthy DJ, and Mud's son... but Mud in a speedo and a Superman cape - well I wish I hadn't seen that. Anyway, there's more but I can't think of anything that hasn't been beaten to death on here.
