CONTEXT ADDED BY ADMIN: END OF CONTEXT but only because they had to pay royalties to the twins. Seriously though, how does a major conference, or a corporation, make a change that over 90% of their target market disapproves? I didn't make all A's in marketing I'm sure, but I would think I could even realize that over a 90% disapproval rating was a sign that the name choice is not a good one.
edit--- oh yeah, Gulf Coast Community College did a survey about changing their name. A lot of students went with Big Scary Dinosaur College :) |
