If conservatism means adding trillions to the national debt while starting and fighting undeclared foreign wars, then I'm not conservative. If conservatism means I have to support the Patriot Act, then I'm not conservative. If conservatism means that the federal government is involved in a woman's reproductive rights, then I'm not a conservative. If conservatism is subsidizing foreign governments with billions of dollars in aid that could be used instead for American citizens, then I'm not a conservative. If conservatism is paying for almost a thousand military bases in over 100 foreign countries, then I am not a conservative. If conservatism means continuing the war on drugs, then I'm not conservative.
