...is any concern as to whether or not the mandate is actually constitutional.  If the Constitution is going to become a document to be enforced only when convenient, and the Supreme Court is now going to make decisions based on sticking their collective fingers in the air and seeing which way the wind is blowing, then the Constitution isn't worth the paper it's written on.  As huge an issue as health care is, maintaining a proper balance of powers among the three branches of government is much more important.  Too many commentators are all too willing to cast those considerations aside.
