We launched a new project roll out today and we had an able team of 4, with assignments lined up, to deal with it. So come Monday, 1 guy calls in with a sinus infection and one girl calls in with a gastro problem, they are out the whole week. Me and my partner, we circle the wagons and work 10-11 hr days and pull it off. 12 training classes in 4 days and all the associated problem handling, question answering, status reporting, graphical representation of data for managers, and general pain in the ass BS. 60 hr week for me and lots of positive user feedback. This kid still has game, #badword# Cancer!!!!!!! |
