Message Replied To ========== None of which had any bearing on the US being the sole country..... capable of mass manufacturing as a result of the war's devastation, the decreased population to fill the post war jobs, and the resulting boom that created the large middle class. The GI Bill did allow for tens of thousands to become much more educated and drive technology and service industry jobs though.============================== Or do you live in Opposite Land? Me, I live at the corner of "Gobsmacked at the logic" lane and "WADR, Bull#badword#" avenue . . . I think SG lives at the corner of incoherence and belligerence. Frankly, I love to be offended by him but I can never make out his point. Maybe that's why his corner of Opposite Land is always fogged over. |
