We don't stand a chance * ============================== the US population was 92 million . . . the average House member represented 210,000 people. The Federal Government was 3% of GDP. Today, the population is 310 million . . . the average House member represents 710,000 people. The Federal Government is 28% of GDP in yearly terms but much more if you consider promises unpaid. Almost every aspect of your life is regulated or controlled by the Federal Government today. You can bitch, moan, and regulate till the cows come home . . . none of it will matter . . . when you continue to dilute the representation of the people while simultaneously making the Federal Government control more of our lives and money . .. people are going to invest massive amounts of money to influence that control. Nothing will change that. |
