| Even though it may not seem so at times, even amongst us conservatives, many of us recognize what it takes to volunteer to be the first into the line of fire. And often, this results in negative consequences. I am one conservative who recognizes you and your spouse took on the need to be the first so that others would follow. Even though we may still disagree on some things with respect to this issue, your courage and defiance in the face of such negative consequences has not gone unoticed Jamie, and you too Aubie. Again congrats on your marriage anniversary and I hope that one day a marriage like this will not be newsworthy as it is just an accepted way of life the way my marriage is. |
