 All kidding aside, please represent your school colors. I wouldn't be caught dead wearing a rivals school's jersey. Why is it acceptable to wear their logos on line? 

I know this is in fun, but consider what this board looks like to prospective recruits, or lurkers. For that reason alone, we should cherish the theme "In all kinds of weather".
