Literally EVERY Nole friend I have (and a few Miami fans for some reason) are BESIDE themselves about us being #2 in the BCS poll. Obviously this is because they spent all summer day dreaming about how much fun it would be to lord the rankings over us all season. But the fact remains, we HAVE to beat them. I know that SEC games are the most important, and that you can only play one at a time, but I am sick and tired of "you guys won't be up there for long" and "it doesn't matter as long as we beat y'all, AGAIN". And let's face it, near the top of the list of things you must do as coach at UF is beat FSU. So no matter how well this season goes, or if we make the SECCG, we need it. Ric Flair said it best - "To be The Man, you have to beat The Man." I know we are playing with house money here at 6-0 and ranked #2, but let's not kid ourselves. A win in Tallahassee is what this team needs to be The Man.
