We've got some folks here that need to lighten up. If I had said, in August, we'd be 7-1 at this point and still with an outside shot at getting to Atlanta, there's very few here who would not have taken that. Now, I've been down the ugly road longer than most (not all...Hi, DJ) and I'd rather have that one loss to someone else...whatever...so be it. I'll live with it. Been there, done that.

I'm pontificating but....I never, ever, come on this board (and it is the most sane one around) during a game...and that's when we are WINNING. I just have no interest in the crap that get's posted.

Now we've got some folks dumping on a kid who is really getting his first real playing time. A kid that can move at his size as good as anyone. A kid that can make the throws. I said early on he would have a bad game or two. It was and is inevitable in the maturation process. The kid is strong. He forgot the mistakes and almost lead us back to a score to tie the game. Any good QB needs to forget the mistakes and move on. He did that and it would be understandable if he didn't...given his lack of experience. This is the SEC...it doesn't get any tougher than what this kid faces. He'll be just fine. I'd bet the house on it.
