and see what a really good offense looks like in tandem with one of the worst defenses in SEC history. According to a post on VTTW, they're the only SEC team to ever give up 38-plus points in six straight league games. Kentucky and Vandy never did that. But hey, UT's got a great offense and puts up lots of points every week. And are still looking for their first SEC win.
There's obviously no rule that says you can't have a good offense AND a good defense, and clearly our O needs to get better. But if I had to choose, I'll take a good D every time. |
