infinite wisdom, that snatching victory from the gawddamnedcurvermin at the last second was infinitely more cruel.  You are truly the kick-ass God of the old testament. 

 I can see it now,  you are lounging around in heaven checking the game from time to time and not really caring much.....and you remember Old Hump's plea.  Then, In a moment of divine compassion and right before the game ends, you instruct one of your cherubs to go dump your piss pot out the window in the direction of the cur sideline.  Though I know you didn't say it ( you have better things to do ) you perhaps thought , " OK Hump, my good and faithful servant, this piss-pot of misery I'm heaping on the curs is for you. " 

Witnessing that simple act from the Almighty, I fell to my knees in front of my big screen HDTV , grabbed another beer and cried, " Thanks be to God for smiting the Gawddamnedcurvermin....I am unworthy....you are truly an awesome God."

 Oh, and one more thing, don't forget about next year and that payback we talked about.
