"So what recreational activity explains war?"

Message Replied To ==========

I'll throw this out there. Could the unbelievably violent video games be

Be desensitizing kids to violence?

==============================

How many millions and millions and millions of people have died as a result of war in the past 100,000 years?

Care to explain that with video games?

Yadda, yadda, yadda, war has a reason, it's not really killing innocents, yadda, yadda, yadda, honor and courage, yadda, yadda, yadda

Explain war.

How about people are just violent. People are violent because we've always been violent.

Was Pol Pot playing too much grand theft auto?

People are violent because nature is violent. Nature rewards the most violent. Death is in every atom of DNA.

It's only been in the past 100 years that we've deemed it 'okay' to not beat the sh*t out of the ones we love. Rule of thumb. We're a violent species. Why are we looking for reasons beyond that. There are no reasons. War, rape, violence is f**king insane. And, in case you've never opened a history book, insanity is kind of our thing.
