Message Replied To ========== what's a joke is that this kid is SOOOOOO big that he can't mix w/ the general population. IMO, he's gonna get too big for his britches. Did Tim Tebow stop going to class b/c people recognized him? Tim was just as big a name in college football as Johnny football. BBG ==============================One of the great things about Tim was he loved and cherished everything about being a Gator. You could not spend a week at UF without getting a chance to shake his hand while he was there, and he was glad to take that time to do so for every student and fan. I remember always seeing him in the Firehouse Subs on University Avenue while I was getting my MBA and he was a sophomore. I wouldn't bother him but I always really admired how he always treated the employees at Firehouse making his sandwiches like gold. He always took an interest in them and would talk to them like they were teammates or close friends. Tim is certainly a special human being in far more ways than his football talents. |
