He was wearing a Gator hat and my kids both always greet fellow Gators that way. The man paused at our table and talked with my kids for a short while. GC Jr made sure to tell him that he is going to go to UF when he grows up. Anyhow, long story short, later in the evening the man came back to our table and gave my son a Gator hat he had in his car that he had bought a while ago but had never used. Said he thought it would go to better use with a nice young Gator. Couldn't believe it. Even more proud of my son who knew to immediately say thank you and then when we were leaving took it upon himself to go say thanks again.
