Message Replied To ========== Orlando Sentinel article on Gator Season Ticket Renewals I have to admit, this past season was the first since 1981 that I did not have Football season tickets. Many of the reasons why I gave up my tickets were echoed in the article. Plus, a number of other little things rubbed me the wrong way.... IMO, UF like a lot of other Colleges and Professional teams and NASCAR to some extent have made it harder and harder for the average blue collar fan to attend events....now with the advent of HD TV average fans have an option. http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/opinion/os-beth-kassab-gator-fans-giving-up-tickets-20130411,0,7507711.column============================== Going on year 23. What a return I have gotten! I would like to see better competition scheduled. Shouldn't have any FBS schools. I go to every game and take in all the sights and sounds that come with it.
