searched...it was not until the "stay at home" was lifted...the boatowner goes out back and sees a tear in the plastic wrap over his boat...goes closer....sees "a lot of blood"....runs back into the house and calls police. There were more police there in the area during the day than I have ever seen before. Thousands. They couldn't track him...bleeding....from the scene and couldn't (apparently) check obvious places in back yards? I'm just dumbfounded. |
