Living ur life to fit in and trying to be liked is an awful way to live, JMHO

I enjoy the board. It's not what it used to be, however.

When you say the board isn't what it was....the thing is, this board, as you know, has been around for an incredible 16+/- years.  Like many such communities on the internet, it has evolved past the trolling, past the pot stirring, past the being an #badword# behind a keyboard mentality that it once had.  Sure it happens, but when it happens with someone who has been around for so long, people just shake their collective heads in surprise and annoyance.  You still think it's fun to come on here and "stir the pot"...and that's great, but you and your two "friends" are the only ones who find entertainment value in it for the most part.

No, we don't have to be liked if we don't want to be.  But we also should be surprised when we find ourselves on the wrong side of the welcome mat in a community that likes one another.
