And I hope Mike doesn't mind if I do. Mike mudmailed me to ask if I thought it would be ok for him to post this....he was worried about if it would come off badly or be poorly received because of some poorly conceived posts by rival posters on the VS. I told him not to worry and it wouldn't....and I am just very pleased and proud of this thread and the way everyone responded. It's the best of the VS and it shows how this place is, and will always be, about GOOD PEOPLE.

And Mike, you are one of the good people of the VS. Always a gentleman. Be proud on several fronts, my friend.==============================

This board is a testament to a tremendous amount of hardwork the regulars and the bosses Mud, and Wayne and Hobbes have done to help us police ourselves.

I've seen too many abuse the good graces and leeway admins have provided on other boards. This forum is the epitome of what a community should look like and again thank you Mud. The Gators and other SEC reps have had my back so many times through the best and worst times, it would be insane and dishonorable to trample upon such hospitality. Bottom line I always remind myself, first and foremost this is a Gator board yet I'm blessed to be in good graces with pretty much everyone here especially the head Gator. I wouldn't say I was overly "worried" but I strongly felt permission should be sought and never for once take the good graces for granted. And on a day like Mother's Day, I would be remiss to not give credit to the woman that taught me how to treat people. Everyone should be proud of themselves for working extra hard to keep this a fun mixed with sarcasm and humorous place to hang out. It's taught me a lot about relations, communication, honing and fine tuning the writing of my thoughts out in my own little style.

Some of you were inspirations to me to finish out my degree. The college experience is rewarding and still tough. This was primarily all about "unfinished business", it may not matter one penny towards my paycheck but to me personally... it meant everything. Either I sit around for the rest of my life moaning about what I could've done or should've done, or just get up and #badword# DO IT! Those five people around me, especially that wonderful mother of my 4 kiddos standing proudly to my left are the fuel that drove me forward. I'm one blessed daddy and husband.
