We have some big news, actually a lot of big news:
• Evan's counts made a huge jump (in the right direction this time) from yesterday to today
• We are still waiting on a few of his viral labs to come back, but the most important ones have returned and they are NEGATIVE!
• Results from a previous lab came back - This lab would determine how many of Scarlett's cells are present vs. how many of Evan's are left. Keep in mind with Evan's diagnosis, we only needed a small portion of Scarlett's immune system, here are the results:
95% Scarlett - Blood
89% Scarlett - Leukocytes
70% Scarlett - T-Cells
Evan’s T-Cells worked well in the first place and weren’t in a position to need a huge amount of Scarlett’s. We are very, very pleased with these results.
• Last, but not least – Evan will be discharged tomorrow!!
