I had season tickets since 1989. Not this year. No more. I've been to 250 plus games, all the MNC wins, every SECCG where the gators have played.

I don't matter anymore to the Ath Assoc.

We tried to move our 5 season tickets. ZERO response. Then finally a canned response, NO.

So what do I get, living in Atlanta?

1) A $139 room is $399 a night (check Hampton downtown for the UT weekend).

2)A noon kickoff for Toledo. 105F in the shade if you find any.

3)For decent games you get 14" of bleacher space, with strangers crowding in.

4)Pepsi for $7, long lines to take a piss. Did I mention the heat?

The last game I went to I was so angry - piss poor "fans" ripping the team, the coach, you name it.

So, I am buying a kick ass flat screen. I have a clean bathroom, a nice grill, no 5 hour drive. Cold beer plus a laptop, more games before and after. Will I come down for 2 games a year. Probably. I'll scalp a ticket.

I just can't justify leaving work on a Friday at say 230 to beat ATL traffic, rush to gville for GA Southern, and 'hang around' post game until Sunday.
