Message Replied To ========== Not to mention how they destroy employee moral for all the bull#badword# hoops you have to jump through to accomplish a 15 minute task in weeks. ==============================there is direct cause and effect between employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction. That's one of the reasons these great efficiency ideas often eventually decrease total revenue. Employees are expected to do more with less. Employees get mad and can't or don't treat customers as well. Customers wise up and take their business elasewhere. |
