dinner and she suggested 4-5 places. One of them was Five Guys, so I said "Hell yea." So, we drive to Five Guys. After we ordered I said something about being a date. She looks at me and she jokingly says, "This is not a date since your shirt does not have a collar." Now I look at it as a date since 1) we drove to the restaurant, 2) I paid, and 3) we ate in the restaurant. The other choices were all restaurants that would have required dining in.

While any woman appreciates being wined and dined unexpectedly and that is sure to score points there are times that a trip to five guys or anywhere else like that can be romantic. That depends on your attitude, comments, etc. For me I like to catch my wife every so often in  the middle of something and tell her how much I appreciate her and how beautiful she is to me at that moment. Follow that up with a big hug and kiss and little pat on the butt. Wink at her a couple times during the day, squeeze her hand a couple times, etc. Tell her later, hey lets go to 5 guys or where ever instead of cooking, talk about your dreams, where you want to be in a few years, etc. Go home relax, go to bed.....and look out, its on!  

Ina ll seriousness just pay your woman some attention. If she has to be taken somewhere that requires a reservation or it isn't a date, she is too high maintenance.
