I hope he can recover in time to prove his MLB worth again.  What a disaster that is.  I just hate it.  He deserved a better situation.  UF didn't give him the tools he needed for his game really.  His playmakers were never up to par. Florida failed him in that way.  The playmakers we recruit on offense are shockingly bad.

Regarding UF...I know it is not wanted on this board, considered mean, considered tasteless, etc....

UF is now possibly a force to surprise a lot of opponents.  This defense is too damned good to just waste on an offense that can't do anything but hurt them.  This is a once in a decade UF defense.  It is that good.  That unit doesn't deserve to be a part of a team that goes 7-5.  I think they can be a part of a double digit win team now.  I don't like the circumstances or reasons why and it is uncomfortable saying it, it's just reality imo. 

This offense will thrive better under a wild scrambling playmaker because it isn't talented enough to play the straight up talent game we prepared for them week after week.  If they let Murphy just free-wheel it, I have more hope for this team now than I can remember since probably the unmentionable years.  Awesome defense.  Unknown offense.  Better than an easily destroyed offense, imo.  At least there is hope.  I bet the Gators will go better than 7-5.  And that was their course otherwise.  Just take advantage of the situation afforded you.
