With realistic expectations of winning the East going down in a pile on Saturday when Driskel hobbled off the field with a broken leg, it is now time for Gator fans to enjoy this team and rejoice in whatever they accomplish under Murphy's guidance. I was extremely proud of this young man for the manner in which he handled himself in the win over UT but it is highly doubtful he will be able to produce the same magic when facing quality defenses like LSU & South Carolina on the road. I would not be shocked if he led us to victory in those games but it is foolish to think it will happen considering this young man had never thrown a pass in a college game before Saturday's tilt with the Vol's.

The good news is that as fans we can take a deep breath, relax and enjoy each magic moment Murphy and company produce for us this year and if by chance he leads us to that East title then it will be one of the most special seasons around these parts in a long time. Even Tebow's 12-1 senior season was not enough to satisfy some of the people who call themselves Gator fans.
