It's almost enough to get me to root for OU to receive another fraudulent pass into the BCSCG so that they can get their inevitable earholing courtesy of whichever of about five SEC teams would gladly do so.  He really doesn't appear to know when to shut his #badword#ing piehole.

Their fans and boosters are all asking WTF do we have to do to get even a share of those titles...after all, what coach wants to admit that he is doing all he can...that might indeed lead to a new coach...

Spin it or blame it on whatever they want...until another conference actually wins the crystal, the crescendo of their fans will simply continue to get louder and more frequent...so many of those coaches, AD's, and fans are hanging their hats on the playoff system...perhaps they will see some successes, or they will see even more reasons why they aren't winning the big one...

Eventually we will see another conference win the title...and that will bring a huge sigh of "we finally broke the SEC"...foolish boys will think that a single title by another conference will mean they are back on level with the SEC...but alas, I say wait for three or four years after another conference wins that title, and see if it makes any difference...

Most of the other conferences look back to their glory days...you know, the days when titles were decided by sports writers who voted for either their school or a school from their conference...now it is played out on the field, with everything in full view by anyone and everyone...and it ain't looking good for them anymore...

We shall see...
