Adults on the world stage know this, the adults in the US know this.

Even the GOP knows this, by how hard they are trying to pin it on the

democrat party and the President,==============================

because it could not survive a filibuster in the Senate. It was a "compromise" among Democrats only. It did not receive a single Republican vote.

The two previous elections also elected the GOP House members who are using the time honored method of the budget to bring the President to negotiate.They,too, ran on this issue, and are doing what their constituents voted them into office to do.

The only difference between the past and now is, for the first time ever, Obama refuses to compromise at all about anything. Instead of acting like a leader or acting Presidential, he is acting like a petulant four year old. Spending more money to close monuments like a four year old holding his breathe because he is not getting his way. Threatening a 'default" and risking the US economy when he has more than enough tax revenue to come in to pay interest on the debt.

I do not agree with the political strategy the House is doing because I can see it being spun by the left and main stream media just as you are spinning it. And I think it will be unsuccessful for them. But the GOP was ELECTED to do just this, and the Constitution and history give them the right to do it.

The ACA is bad law and it must be taken down by any means necessary. It will never be "settled" and will always be under attack because of the way the democrats forced it down the throats of the nation.
