For me yesterday was a big test day for this staff.  I give them a solid D.  That being said, I would have no issue with the head coach being fired.  I would also be accepting of him being retained if there was a clear outline for what was going to change going forward.  

Offensive philosphy/aggressiveness and team discipline are alone atop my list of things attributable to my loss of confidence.

the pass blocking yesterday was improved.  That was a plus.  But the lack of initial production on both sides of the ball going into what was a potentially season defining game after an off week was inexcusable.  

I like the man.  I think he will be a very good head coach if not at UF, somewhere else.  i am not a person who embraces change for change sake.  But something needs to change, and it needs to be a statement kind of change.
