Maybe someone from the list, maybe someone you and others have not thought of. Freeze was not a household name when he took the Ole Miss job. He was hired from obscurity.

But Ole Miss did its due diligence and hired the right man for the job.

But still, I know at least one person from that list who would likely take the job. That's why I mentioned Strong.

If you don't think Strong would jump this year then we are at an impasse.

UF could go 10-2 or 9-3 for the next five years with your guy, winning no titles, and you'd feel like it was a good move? To me, getting "someone better than WM" should not even be part of the thinking process. We need a coach who can and will win championships. If there's one out there, hire him. Anything less is a waste of time.
