Message Replied To ========== I am mellowing on Urban. His record at UF is self-evident. All good things end. He was ours. So was SOS. I would gladly pull for Meyer against FSU, and prefer him obtaining a national title at a second school to seeing Saban win another. ==============================at UF and what a great job he did coaching our program to two SEC and National Championships and a State Championship while going 5-1 against UGA and FSU and beating Miami for the first time since 1985. A lot of people just assumed that it was the University of Florida that created success and you could just plug in most any coach, but Zook and now Muschamp have proved that you must be a competent coach to be succesful at UF. I am tremendously thankful that Coach Meyer turned our program around and sent Beelzabob Bowden out the door a loser, both in his last game against UF and for his career against UF. |
