I didn't agree with giving Muschamp another season but if we're going to do this thing then fine.  Go in with all guns blazing.  That means open up the checkbook, give Norvell a big salary and guarantee it for say 3 years to help make the job that much more attractive.  If we're gonna go with Muschamp then we have to do everything possible to make this succeed and that means opening the checkbook. 

*IF* we really can get him that makes me feel a lot better.  There is simply no way he would come if he were not given a completely free hand....because he has lots of choices and has no reason to accept a position where there would be any interference or restrictions placed upon him.  Getting him would also give us instant credibility on the recruiting trail - he has a good track record to sell to recruits and can say he'll do things entirely his way and be believed.  To me, the other 2 guys mentioned are not nearly in the same category.
