The buy out that embarrassed the SEC and obviously tweaked the eternal memory of the Deity should NEVER have happened. Auburn should never have been allowed to represent the conference with a stain like that on their resume. What an embarrassment to end the SEC dominance of the mercifully defunct BCS with Auburn getting the pay back they deserved.....unfortunately the sows were in the right place at the right time and had a credit balance with the Sky Boss. Nothing the kitties could do but grin and take it in the rear for the entire SEC. Thanks Tubby.....the slate should be clean now. As for Auburn, they played their hearts out but karma is a bitch. Next time they get in the ring with the circus clowns it will be with a clean slate and I predict an ass whipping of epic proportions.

with Washington a bit over 20 years ago ...... when the cheating Huskies under Don James were strong and sharing a MNC.  I didn't much care for Auburn backing out of the game w/ the 'Noles a decade ago, but I seriously doubt there is any "balance" in this case ...... Florida State has absolutely no legs on which to stand when it comes to alluding to ANYBODY else being "chicken" .... not when they have backed out of games with teams who might have embarrassed them ........ and when their "sainted" legend publicly stated that he would rather be a live coward in the ACC than "dead" in the SEC.
