1) been told I was a victim of "fraud" with no evidence ever produced and had to deal with the IRS for over a year with that.

2) was rewarded with an IRS audit last year

3) underwent a Medicare RAC audit of my medical practice

4) underwent a "random" medicare revalidation which meant I had to spend a total of 20 hours filling out all the paperwork I had JUST filled out to maintain Medicare status

5) I have just been notified that I have been "randomly selected" for another audit by the US Department of Commerce as part of the US Census to evaluate patient activity in doctors offices and that I must close my office at their leisure so they can conduct the audit!

This is all on top of the "normal" CLIA and OSHA and DEA audits I have undergone.

And this Administration is not targeting those who publically speak out against them? Bull#badword#. This is harassment pure and simple. As soon as I get past one federal agency another comes knocking on my door.
