His voting record was just as "obstructionist" against Bush when W was POTUS as some GOP Senators are against Obama's agenda. I guess that makes Obama part of that same crowd of what a President is "up against".

The long lasting ill effects of the ACA..on the budget, on hurting the quality of healthcare, massive overregulation, on inserting the state into people's religious beliefs, on raising the costs of healthcare for millions without significantly improving the number of uninsured etc...that one act alone nudges him lower than Bush. Throw in his doubling down of the bad things Bush did ..the NSA, the wars, continuing tax policies that favor the wealthy but hurt small business and the upper middle class, government agencies run amok such that most Americans view them as harassment not help, and as Michi pointed out, the "good" thing he did, Iraq, was done on the same time table as Cheney had outlined for withdrawal under the Bush Administration..so even that is not a difference.

Obama nudges Bush out as being worse for sure, because the things he has done will be much longer lasting for the nation.
