Message Replied To ========== The answer to your question is obvious if you read the thread I broached the subject because of the national discussion that occurred over Richard Sherman less than a month ago. A white coach going ballistic on a middle-aged (or older) African American man received less criticism than an African American athlete being raw and emotional in a similar way next to a white woman. To not see that as a relevant discussion point, even if race played no factor is to willfully ignore the obvious in my opinion. ==============================he was making his point to the entire country. Boeheim yelled at a referee... black, white, purple... he disagreed with the call. Knight didn't throw a chair because Ted Valentine was black. He did it because he disagreed with the call or calls leading up to the tirade. I just don't see why race is an issue in this - I must be blind :)
