Message Replied To ========== What worries me is that LSU is bad this year, like bad In fact, the SEC is bad, like bad. Our best competition in Kentucky is looking more average every week. We have a lot of experience on this team, and that's cool, but our league really did us a disservice by sucking so bad. I can see this team hitting a brick wall after the sweet 16. And I see them doing that because their rhythm for games has been set for easy mode.============================== I call mental fatigue. I believed that showed in the previous three or four games when they just didn't have the "tiger in their tank" But they fought their way through it. Yesterday they played loose and aggressive. I am very positive about the remainder of the season. They have a great chance to go all the way. But basketball is such a fickle sport and one night off in the "one and done" tournaments and you are out. I am really pulling for this team because they have given so much of themselves to make the group successful. Whatever happens from here on out, they deserve a standing ovation from the Gator Nation. They have restored our pride in Gator athletics. |
