"I have found that those that scream about class warfare the loudest...."

America's long and productive history of class warfare.....

The chickens will come home to roost on the sorry 1%ers and America will be better for it.

What's been unique, or at least highly unusual, has been the environment in which entrepreneurs and business executives were able to operate from the late 1970s through the early 2000s. Taxes dropped, high-end incomes exploded, and hardly anybody complained at all. Far from complaining, in fact, the news media for the most part celebrated the recipients of those exploding incomes for their boldness, creativity, and economic importance. It was a pretty stinking awesome time to be a plutocrat: You got to make billions of dollars, pay far less in taxes than you would have a quarter-century before, and get your face on the cover of Forbes or Fortune (or maybe even the top of your head on the cover of HBR).

that when you dig down into their true message, they are actually targeting the upper middle and lower upper class of society. The Warren Buffett's and Bill Gates' of the world are used as a scapegoat, but when policies and laws are put into place, they get off scott-free while the doctors, engineers, accountants, small business owners, etc. get hung out to dry.

Take the Frank Dodd act for an example. It was said to bring the hammer down on the big boys, but guess who is getting "hammered" by the law? The small town banks who cannot afford to pay for a staff to keep up with the insane requirements the law placed on them. When tax increases are proposed, who gets hit? Not Warren Buffett whose chief source of income is probably capital gains, but the doctor or small town attorney whose primary source of income is a paycheck.

The poor are baited into class warfare by the very rich to squeeze out the middle class. It's a power play and the poor fall for it every time. In the end, you end up with a situation like Venezuela where everything is falling apart.
