The culture and direction of the program starts and ends with Will Muschamp.

He's the head coach and everything flows from him.....with respect to discipline, etc...

Maybe a few new coaches can help change the culture, but we are at a tipping point...

All I know is the article makes me feel very uneasy going into next season.

... and honestly I just don't know if Boom has at this point what it takes to be a head coach...dissent and factions are not new to UF under any of the last 4 coaches...the key was always could the coach keep it btwn the ditches until the season ended and things could be righted for the next season.SOS and Meyer did it but I also think that neither had to deal with what Boom had overcome last year...first the offense was not cutting it at any level...coaching,playcalling and personnel(this is his fault as he wanted to play power football)... but we would probably had a decent to good season season but for the injuries...having said that no one would have been happy with the way were playing on offense and there still would have bn dissatisfied fans because we were not exciting enough...still we would have a good season,I think or good enough.r on the field

Then the ill discipline...on and off the field...also Boom's fault for on field stuff and setting tone for off field....again but for the injuries we have a pretty good season evn in combination with a semicompetet offense...again nobody is happy because we're all tired of the damn penalties.

Finally the injuries...not Boom's fault and quite frankly the worst I've ever seen a team struck. . we were semi salveageble on defense even with the injuries but I said after Driskel we downnt that the offense would ruin the defense...it would nt generate first downs and the defense would wear down.That's what happened.

If Boom can get tthe offense fixed andwe dont suffer key injuries this team will be fine from a football standpoint... that will fix some of the team unity problems but I still don't know if that's gonna fix ill discipline on and off the field...some of you are right as success breeds contentment...the '12 season shows what Boom is capable of the but the '13 Sugar Bowl shows Boom has some issues...the latter was a team/motivation issue.We'll see...in some ways the guy reminds me of Richt...nevertheless I hope he succeeds...he's got a tough row to hoe with this schedule
